1.0 FPV Rules and Compliance
Certain FPV equipment (such as UHF systems or video transmitters) may require licenses under government regulations. In India, using these devices requires an Amateur (HAM) Radio License and approval from WPC (Wireless Planning & Coordination Wing). It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of your country before purchasing or operating RF-based devices from Tanish RC. Shield Dynamics shall not be liable for misuse or illegal usage of such products. We sell our products without any claim of legal operation under your local regulations.
2.0 General Safety Warning
By purchasing from Tanish RC, you acknowledge the inherent risks of operating model aircraft and related electronics.
Spinning propellers can cause severe injuries.
Lithium Polymer (LiPo) batteries, if mishandled, can ignite or explode.
Our power systems (ESCs, batteries, motors) may draw 30+ amps, posing electrical hazards.
Always handle powered components with caution. Avoid working on models with mounted props and follow safe battery usage practices.
3.0 Warranty & Liability Disclaimer
Tanish RC provides no express or implied warranty for any product. You assume full responsibility for using any items purchased. Shield Dynamics, its affiliates, and employees are not liable for:
Injury or damage to you or others
Loss or destruction of personal property
Direct or consequential damages from product usage
We do not guarantee performance or suitability for any specific application. Users must assess the risks and compatibility of products before use.
3.1 Faulty Products
In rare cases of manufacturer defects, Tanish RC may offer a repair or replacement at its sole discretion, not including any consequential damage to other components.
DOA claims must go through the product manufacturer.
Batteries are eligible for replacement only if a full unboxing video is shared, clearly showing voltage readings per cell.
Each battery is tested before dispatch. Claims without valid proof will not be entertained.
3.2 Product Detail Accuracy
Although we strive for accuracy, Tanish RC is not responsible for any incorrect details listed on the website. Specifications may change without notice. If a product received differs from what was listed, do not install or modify it. Contact us immediately. We will not provide assistance or returns once the item is installed or used.
4.0 Return & Cancellation Policy

Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders that appear suspicious or come from customers with a history of rejections may be cancelled.
Customers must confirm such orders with our team via WhatsApp.
Cancellations initiated by customers may incur charges based on product type and payment method.
5.0 Shipping Terms
5.1 Carriers
We ship through trusted services like Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, SpeedPost, DHL, FedEx, and others.
5.2 Shipping Address
A valid residential or business address is required. We do not ship to:
Hotels or convention centers
PO Boxes/APO addresses (case-by-case)
5.3 Tracking & Lost Shipments
Tracking may not update immediately, especially under Free Shipping.
For Free Shipping orders lost in transit, our liability is limited to ₹5,000.
We are not liable for delays or errors by shipping companies.
5.4 Shipping Insurance
Shipping is not insured by default. Insurance can be requested at an extra cost.
5.5 Delivery Signature
Signature may be required upon delivery unless stated otherwise.
5.6 Backorders
Orders are shipped only when complete. Backordered items delay the entire shipment. No cancellations accepted for backordered products.
5.7 Canceled Orders
Orders cancelled by Tanish RC due to fraud or shipping violations will be refunded.
RazorPay payments incur a 3% processing charge on refund.

5.8 Dispatch Timelines
Orders placed before 3 PM IST (Mon–Sat) are usually shipped the same day. Shipping delays due to couriers or external issues are beyond our control. No refunds will be provided for shipping delays.
5.9 Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on orders above ₹9,999, subject to:
Maximum weight limit: 2kg
Surface shipping only (especially for batteries)
Excluded items (due to size/weight) will be marked on product pages. If included, the entire order becomes ineligible for free shipping.
5.10 Fraud & Tampering
Tanish RC takes fraud seriously. If you claim a package was tampered or product missing:
Submit a complete unboxing video, showing the label, seals, and contents.
Do not accept damaged or unsealed packages.
Any false claims or forged evidence will be treated as fraud and may result in legal action.
Final decision on any such case lies solely with Shield Dynamics after verification with all stakeholders.
6.0 GST Invoices (B2B)
We issue B2B GST credit invoices for registered businesses with valid GSTIN.
Add your GST number at checkout.
If omitted or entered incorrectly, the invoice will be considered B2C, and no revision will be issued.
