All products sold by Tanish RC under Shield Dynamics are covered under a standard warranty (unless otherwise specified on the product page) against manufacturing defects.
If you encounter any defect, you must notify us within the warranty period from the date of shipment. Customers are required to bear the return shipping cost initially; however, we will reimburse this cost upon verification of a product defect.
We will repair or replace defective products free of charge, including prepaid shipping. If a replacement is not available, a 100% refund will be issued.
Return & Replacement Policy
Eligibility for Return/Replacement
The product must be unused, in the same condition as delivered, and in its original packaging, along with the invoice and original tags.
Returns or replacements must be requested within 1 to 7 business days from the date of delivery.
Products that do not meet the above criteria, or requests made after 7 business days, will not be eligible.
Refund Processing Time: Any refund approved by Shield Dynamics will be processed within 1 to 7 business days from the date of approval.
Warranty will be void if the product has been subjected to:
Misuse or mishandling
Static discharge or neglect
Accidental damage
Unauthorized modifications
Soldering or any form of alteration
Product Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange:
Email clear photographs of the damaged product to info@tanishrc.in.
We will assess the issue and determine the appropriate action (replacement or refund).
If the item is unavailable for replacement, a full refund will be provided.

To report issues such as shipping damage, item mismatch, or missing parts, you must raise a support ticket within 2 days of receiving the item via our website.
After submission:
Our team will verify your claim and issue an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number.
Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will:
Ship a replacement at no additional cost, or
Provide a 100% refund if replacement is not available.
⚠️ No return/refund will be issued if the product is found altered, damaged due to improper use, or outside the stated return period.
Order Cancellation Policy
To cancel or update an order, email info@tanishrc.in within 24 hours.
Only orders with status “Pending” or “Payment Verification” are eligible for cancellation or change.
Orders already shipped or processed cannot be cancelled.
A 5% cancellation fee may apply depending on the payment method used, as payment gateways charge non-refundable fees.
We reserve the right to reject cancellations without a valid reason due to the nature of our products.
Return Guidelines
Once our technical team confirms that the issue cannot be resolved remotely (e.g., via TeamViewer) and the product is defective:
An RMA number will be issued.
Clearly mention the RMA number on the outer shipping box. Do not write on the original product packaging.
Include a copy of the original packing list with the return.
Replacement for verified faulty, unused items will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving the return.
Limitations of Responsibility We are not responsible for damage due to incorrect installation or wiring.
Correct electrical polarity must be followed during installation.
